Please note that all villas can be stocked with food and drinks prior to arrival, on request.Please note that all villas are located on ground floor. The interiors are split level, where one of the bedrooms per villa is located on loft level, accessible via wooden staircase as all traditional Santorinian properties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Booking this villa was the best decision for our group of 8 for our friends 40th Birthday Celebration.View from the villa is stunning .The Owner , managers and the reception staff will look after you and make sure you have the best experience.Strongly recommend for any type of the holidays .You will have the best view, best service , best villas and most importantly it’s not far from the Centre , shops and restaurants .

Location was exceptionally pretty with amazing sunset views overlooking the sea. They have 2 pools. We received excellent service and they made us feel very special. They offered a complimentary late check out and a complimentary breakfast on our departure date, they regularly checked in on us to ensure everything was ok. The walk into Oia was appx 15 minutes on an old Santorini style footpath which is uphill or a taxi was $20. We will return and we highly recommend Sunset Villas Thank you for our wonderful weeks stay

Beautiful villa, very well equipped and spacious with a great view of the famous sunset! Approx 15 min walk (uphill) to the centre of Oia. There was the added bonus of having a reception area with a bar and the option to order food to be delivered to the villa. The staff were really lovely & let us store our luggage at reception and use the pool after we checked out as we had a late flight home.
