Good convenient location. Nice outdoor area. well equipped with kitchen utensils and essential ingredients esp coffee!

Cute cottage well situated between the Kennedy Point Ferry and Oneroa. Spa and sauna make for a very relaxing time. Very well kitted out... the definition of 'a place for everything and everything in its place'. Modern appliances. Very comfy lounge and beds. Outdoor area would be lovely in the height of summer. Relaxing daily birdsong.
