The fine print
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The apartment is beautiful. Lovely water views, great facilities, and location close to beaches, transport, and restaurants. There are so many windows to see the view and let in the sea air (there is no air con). Very modern furnishings and finishes. We stayed 2 weeks and still did not manage to sample all the restaurants. It is easy to get to Lisbon by train(20 mins) and taxi. Cascais is also accessible by train. The managers were very responsive and helpful when we discovered an issue with a wardrobe door.

The apartment is nice and clean and the kitchen is sufficiently furnished, although it would be good to substitute some pans which are scratched.
