The fine print
From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room, per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian identity card or valid permanent residents are exempted.The hotel will collect a refundable deposit of MYR 100 for incidental charges upon check-in.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. One thing I really don’t understand is why there are so many negative reviews. Yes, the hotel is not brand new, but it’s extremely clean, well-kept, and the beds are large, comfortable, and spotless. I genuinely had a great rest here and felt very comfortable during my stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Its location is absolutely stunning — right on the oceanfront, with views of yachts and a peaceful marina. It’s a quiet, serene place, perfect for relaxing and recharging. I had a room with a sea view, and every morning and evening I enjoyed the breathtaking scenery of the ocean and nearby beaches. It was truly magical and one of the highlights of my stay. The breakfast really surprised me — in a good way! There were four different cuisines to choose from: Malaysian, European, Indian, and Chinese, plus a buffet. For a small additional fee (around 45 MYR), you can enjoy a rich, delicious breakfast. I especially loved the meat dishes — the beef sausages and goulash were absolutely delicious. The local pastries were also fresh and tasty. Even though the coffee was from a machine, it was surprisingly good! In the evenings, the hotel offers live entertainment. One night, I even found myself dancing to my favorite songs being performed live — the atmosphere was so joyful and fun. The staff deserves a special mention. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Since I speak Indonesian (which is quite similar to Malay), it was very easy to communicate, and I truly felt at home thanks to their warmth and hospitality. There’s also a fantastic infinity pool where I spent a lot of time, and a great restaurant that stays open late. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside retreat with excellent service, beautiful views, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The resort itself is beautiful.It has a pool,gym, and a good play room .Live music at night adds to its charm.
