Check in was a breeze. My room was larger than expected, which gave me room to get comfortable. The location is great, making it easy to walk to the train or just walk around the city. If I'm ever in Perth the Criterion will be on my list of places to stay, mainly for the price point/location/comfort ratio.

Got off the train from the airport and walked to hotel. I was able to walk to the Federal Court, as the location was central and walked back to train station and flew back to Melbourne. Awesome and will do it again when next in Perth for Court next month.

The location is very good. Near to the perth station and there’s a 7eleven nearby.
