Clean environment. Friendliness and responsiveness of hotel staff. Able to resolve our accommodation issues. It was a little noisy with stomping on the first night. Informed staff and they were quick to provide an upgrade and settle us in a quieter room. Overall, we were happy with the stay.

Wonderful Stay at Courtyard by Marriott Phuket Town We had a fantastic two-night stay at Courtyard by Marriott Phuket Town! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and professional. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. The room was modern, clean, and well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities and a very comfortable bed. We especially appreciated the beautiful city view and how quiet and peaceful the room felt despite being in the heart of town. The hotel’s central location made it easy for us to explore Phuket Old Town, with many shops, cafes, and attractions just a short walk away.

The property is clean with easy access around the hotel. Walking distance to Old Town Phuket which is about a 2 minute walk. The staff were amazing and the beds are very comfortable. Room sizes are good as well, definitely worth the money. There are a few restaurants within the hotel and the pool is cool with sun beds and a bar.
