The central location, one spacious room with bathroom en suite, one room with separate shower room (reflected in the price) which might not suit everyone, private parking, spotlessly clean, clean towels every day, lovely garden view from one room. Affording us a friendly welcome on arrival, Sarah and her husband were wonderful hosts who were really helpful re all our enquiries. The hospitality tray in the bedroom was a real plus. The beds were most comfortable and the bedlinen was top class. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom.Breakfast each morning was excellent with great choices. It was a first time stay in an English B&B for two of our party and The Pear Tree B&B more than delivered!

Really Lovely spacious room. Large comfortable bed. Very clean. Tea and coffee in the room too! Hosts were very friendly. Location was great. Close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Would recommend staying here.
