The B&B is refurbished and modernised inside with a very nice decor. All buildings in Pisa are renaissance. It is in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the Piazza del Duomo with the monuments and Leaning Tower. I received all the self check in information by WhatsApp before arrival day. There is a straightforward electronic entry system. I paid for breakfast included but the voucher was not in the room on arrival, I messaged the host, who sent me a photo of it. We had the breakfast in a cafe on the same street, the process went smoothly and the continental breakfast was very nice. We were able to leave our luggage onsite after checkout to enjoy our last day before picking them up to head to the airport.

Liked to location for visiting tower and cathedral. Alessandro is an exceptional host, really concerned that we enjoyed our stay and very helpful. Useful that we could store luggage. Breakfast taken at Cafe Miami just up the street. Our room 2nd floor, Citadella. The roof terrace above was a very nice place to sit in the evening.

Host kept in touch to check all OK. Stored luggage on arrival. No noise from street at night. Good location for places to eat and visit Tower, etc. Comfortable beds. Decent shower and good hairdryer.
