Exceptional, everything about this place was perfect. Spacious, extremely clean, comfortable, kitchen with all appliances and basic items (like the often missing oil, salt, coffee...) you may need. Same with the bathroom. Great position walking distance to the center, and just a minute away from the supermarket. Easy parking. In summer it would be even greater to use the terrace. This was just an extremely comfortable place to stay in that I cannot speak highly enough of. There were even clear instructions about what to do with the recycling (a pet peeve of mine since they are always missing). The host is doing an incredible job, cannot believe the luck to book here with just a day notice.

Wonderful place, highly recommend it! The hostess is a very smiling and kind person! The accommodation offers excellent amenities, well appointed room, comfortable bed and extremely clean! We will be back again!

This was a cozy one-bedroom apartment that was very nicely put together. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and very modern. The location was nice—just outside of the Pistoia downtown area, so only about a 5-minute drive away. I was only visiting for a short time frame for work, and the apartment more than exceeded my expectations.

The property was beautiful had everything we needed for our short break, local transport close by. Train station only 10 min walk and Florence was only half hour in train .. will definitely be using again and highly recommend
