We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was lovely. The only negative was the location right near the elevator and noise from people coming and going at times. It does take a while to check out and get the car from the valet in the morning due to the number of people checking out so be prepared for a delay with that, unless early.

I've booked many hotels all over the world through Booking.com but perhaps the reception staff of this hotel has been the most friendly, helpful and kind. Thanks to the reception staff, my stay in Pittsburgh was extremely pleasant.
