I just feel as if the deposit held is a bit to much..plus it takes a while for our banking institution to put it back in our account.can we try something smaller and simpler..maybe hold easy deposit and upon checking out the customer get it back in hand.

The front desk people were very kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good enough. Not super tasty, but good.
