The property was ideally placed for getting around. It the lifts at the hotel were a nightmare. We were on the 1st floor so could manage the two flights of stairs, but there were families stood waiting for a lift with prams that were waiting half an hour at a time. For that reason we wouldn’t stay again as if higher up it’d be quicker to take a parachute and jump off the balcony

The best hotel I've ever been to. Very nice service at the reception, cleaning ladies, amazing chefs, delicious food, clean, beautiful views, I love it, I'll definitely come back someday.

The staff was wonderful. The pool slides were great fun. The breakfast was really diverse and tasty.
