We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The welcome was warm, the Staff always willing to help, always smiling and making us feel special. The Room was exceptionally clean and more than adequate. The Restaurant staff were very attentive and polite. We fully expect to visit again. 100/100.

Comfort of a warm, cosy room after a day out on the snow. Staff were welcoming and facilities were clean. Beautiful breakfast. I am a return traveller from last year, although room type last year was better.

Breakfast was great. The staff was really accommodating and helpful. We were snowed in and stranded for another night. We were given a bigger room at a discounted rate. The staff drove us to the bus stop in the heavy snow and picked us up again when the bus did not show up. They helped us in getting a taxi to drive us to our next destination when the road was opened. We really appreciate all their help and hospitality. Would stay here again definitely.
