I like the place ... the room was perfect ... the staff is friendly and helpful ... all was good ... good pool access as well ... PS. No noise, so you can have a deep sleep ... I will come back again

Palma is a home away from home. The staff to the facilities are the best in Port Said. All the staff are helpful and friendly and love to have a chat.

The staff are my favourite thing about Palma. So attentive to minor detail and are more than happy to help or even have a chat. Palma is clean and the facilities are great. Best hotel in Port Said 👌🏽
