知子 “Compact but Convenient – A Great Stay in Prague”

This hotel is in a very convenient location, even in a compact city like Prague. The metro, trams, markets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room was bright, clean, and spacious, with large windows that made it feel very open and comfortable. The staff were friendly and patient, and even though my English isn’t very strong, they kindly took the time to explain everything to me. I didn’t feel anxious at all. This was my second time in Prague, and compared to the luxury hotel I stayed at last time, this place was even better in terms of convenience. It had free laundry service, a sparkling clean kitchen, and many other useful amenities.

The hotel booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport which was great as I didn't want to have to think about organizing that myself. They also booked an early morning return taxi and provided breakfast boxes as we were missing breakfast. This was a nice touch we appreciated. The hotel is on a quiet street around the corner from the start the lively touristy trail leading down to Wenchelas Sq & Charles Bridge. It's also very close to very modern shopping areas. We walked everywhere from the hotel, except to the zoo for which we booked a Bolt taxi, which was so reasonable. Very pleasant reception staff, really friendly and helpful and no request is a problem, eg dashing out in the rain to get me sparkling water! thank you! The breakfast buffet was great. My 12 yr old was going to bed saying "I can't wait for the breakfast". The coffee was really good, fresh fruits, lots of juices, I loved the kombucha, cereal, muesli, smoothie, both cooked and cold items, pastries and bread. There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at breakfast. The loft room was absolutely spotless, perfectly equipped, bright and airy. A great big smart TV and wifi kept the kids happy at night. Very comfortable beds & pillows - the sofa bed was very good for my big 16 yr old, nothing flimsy about it. Super rainshower style shower. Reading other reviews had me a little worried about noise from a nearby hostel but this was not an issue at all and we stayed over a weekend. As I had a teen and a 12 yr old I wanted a bigger space than a normal hotel room so they could sit at a table and draw, play games etc so the loft style room, which is like a small apt, was ideal for us. My 16 & 12 yr old thought the hotel was very comfortable too and complimented the beds and breakfast in particular.

Amazing location a stones throw from the heart of Prague centre. Super clean. Very large and spacious. Great pressure for shower and a superb breakfast. Absolutely awesome staff. Super quiet on a quiet side road off the main centre. Slept like a baby. Kitchen available in the apartment if you wanted take out!
