Hotel Semiramis is a fantastic choice for families. It has a great location, well-equipped, and amazing pools. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The atmosphere was fun but not overwhelming, and the gym was excellent. Overall, a well-balanced hotel with everything you need for a great stay! We enjoyed the location at Puerto the la Cruz easy to explore the rest of the island from there and being a bit more away from the big crowds.

I cannot fault this property for the price that we paid. All the staff were so friendly, there was an amazing selection of food every day, everything was very clean and the pools were great.
