Rising within the old fishing village of Puerto del Carmen, overlooking the harbour, the coastline and Fuerteventura, this hotel is in the warmest and most charming part of Lanzarote. The apartments are favourably located just 30 metres from the sea in the heart of the old village, where you can enjoy a nice area where you can enjoy a good selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. When you are not exploring the town or relaxing on the beach, you can take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool and or lounge under a parasol on the 2 sun terraces overlooking the port.

The location in the old town is fantastic we had a sea view room with a lovely big balcony with 2 sun loungers which made it very private to sunbathe there is also lots of communal areas to sunbathe and that's apart from the pool area which has lots of sun loungers u can also rent towels at a cost €10 which is refundable at the end of your stay. Overall I loved my stay and will definitely return soon.

The booking in and able to get in a little earlier. All the staff were so friendly and helpful including the cleaning staff. The cleaning was spotless and the staff offered to clean our appartement every day. The location was perfect and was close to the restaurants, shops and old port. Views were good of old port.
