I have done 2 early excursions and staff said a braekfast box was not possible. Last day they told me breakfast is from 7 and I have found 4 slices of bread, cheese ans ham. No cofee, no juices. Nothing else. At 7.30 there are more choice. I wander how can be difficult can be to prepare a sandwich and a slice of cake as a box if they offer this at the breakfast. Not happy for service

Friendly staff, nice old building. The heating was always on, so it was very hot in the room (and the whole hotel).

Lovely grand old hotel. A large room with French doors to a balcony looking at the church. Right in the centre of town. Beautiful dining room where they served breakfast. Very helpful staff. Really enjoyed the stay here.

Stayed for 1 night- Location is great , middle of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful; they let me to leave my luggage as I came early morning. For Punta Arenas I recommend 2 Night stay 1 evening – arriva, , 2 day visit the Penguins and at the afternoon enjoy the city.
