I had an amazing stay at Mercure! The hotel’s location and the view were absolutely spectacular. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything about my stay was fantastic — I truly loved my time there.

Amazing view over the lake - great location if you have a vehicle. Staff weren't that friendly but not rude either. Wasnt made to feel very welcome and none of the facilities were explained, very transactional. I got lost using the service lifts as they arent clearly marked and noone seemed to care. Room was nice and beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable! Room was a long way from reception or the pool, next time I will try for a lake view. I had added on breakfast to my stay each day but didnt get a confirmation email so didnt think it went through,so I didnt dine in (except room service once). I would definitely come back, the staff being more welcoming would've made the stay 100% better as a solo traveler out of my comfort zone.
