Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given. Only registered guests are permitted in apartments after 22:00. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.Guests are asked to inform staff in advance if their arrival is later than 19:00 on the day of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that there is no campervan access at Apartments @ Spinnaker Bay, however parking is available nearby and a reservation is required.All apartments are split-level and feature stairs.Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We were in Apartment 2 which was a beautifully furnished, spacious apartment with the most fabulous views of Lake Wakatipu. This 2 bedroom unit has lovely large bedrooms, both with huge ensuites and a very well equipped kitchen. We stayed for 5 nights and had a sunset every night!

Amazing apartments for a family with stunning views. Loved the easy stroll to town via the walkway in front of the apartment. The pool and sauna was a great addition to. Highly recommend!!

There was nothing to not love. The views, the location, the apartment itself. It was all a big plus. Cherry on the cake for us was being able to catch Aurora on the first night. The best stay hands down! Would recommend and book again and again.
