Everything was great! Clean and cozy room, walking distance to the centre, yet it is a quiet and peaceful place! Very convenient supermarket and paid parking close to it. Highly recommended!

A great and private accommodation just around the center of Rethymno. The view from the balcony, out to the quiet street below, is lovely and even scenic in a way that is difficult to describe. The weather was perfect in March and I could just sit on the balcony for hours reading a book, enjoying the sunlight and the atmosphere. You'll find a little market right outside, where you can get just about everything you'll need. Get yourself some local cheeses, yogurt and honey, it's a perfect breakfast or late night snack. When I arrived in Rethymno I didn't have a SIM card yet and the staff at the market was kind enough to call for a cab when I needed one. As for lunch, there are fantastic restaurants nearby that'll have you coming back for more. The owners were very communicative before I arrived and were waiting for me outside with the key, even though my bus arrived with a delay. If you are going with a spouse or partner, the rooms here feel romantic in a private and understated way. Very recommended.
