The hotel was very coose to the center near train and metro station which was amazing. We had issues with warm water on the first day but orher than that it was good. The staff was super helpful and spoke great english.

Location is great, really near Termini station. Stuff is friendly.

Staff were nice. The young lady on the reception was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, even though the room was somewhat small. There's a nice trattoria across the road. Very close to Termini. Security is tight so you can be confident your possessions are safe if you go out.

Very nice staff, always present and friendly. Thanks! Clean room. If you want you can illuminate the room considerably. good lighting. Nice bathroom.
