The property was amazing and the staff were very helpful prior and during our stay with getting us organised. My partner also proposed while we were staying here and it was the perfect location! I also had the best breakfast of my life and would go back just for that!

Great location, not very far like most Igloo stays from Rovaniemi, also we were well briefed about the luggage and toilet facilities before hand and were well prepared for it. What stood out was the Aurora wake up call, huge individual saunas for rooms, amazing quality of food, and great experiences, we did both the husky tour and snowmobile tour with them.

Hut is ok, wc cleans, reception staff, lady and youn guy really helpful and pleasant. Sauna was nice.

This place is exceptional and really helped make my 40th birthday so special! I can’t fault anything! I was expecting the toilet being a ‘camping’ toilet which wasn’t really an issue for us and I actually loved the experience of showering in the sauna, and then sitting in there to dry off after. The young lad was a lot better at getting the sauna going than the morning staff. Food in the kota restaurant was amazing. All staff were so friendly and helpful and there was always someone there when you needed them!
