We loved the location and the sauna as it gives a private experience. The place is close to nature and is very beautiful. Cabins are cute and the woman running the place is very helpful.

Loved staying here so much, booked the cottage for myself for 3 nights and it had everything that I needed, I could have stayed here for longer, it was warm and cosy when I arrived late, everything was in perfect condition and the view over the frozen river was stunning. It has all utensils you need including a coffee machine and the bathroom was very modern and super clean. The host was friendly and communicated well and promptly. I even received lots of recommendations for activities in the area. Loved the 11am check out, which is not the norm. You can also book a slot in the sauna for yourself, I was able to see the northern lights and some reindeers crossing the lake from my cabin. I preferred staying here over Rovaniemi centre. If you have a rent car it is even better as it is super central for other activities such as Santa Claus Village, Husky farms and nature trails. I would definitely come back again, perfect place for some quiet time and some cosy atmosphere. Can fully recommend!

The cottage is lovely, clean comfy and warm. Is fully equipped with everything you need also for cooking. You can book the sauna and enjoy some rest in the evening. Paula is available and very professional, she is always ready to give you the best advice for anything you need! Everything is just perfect!

Highly recommended with a perfect location for aurora viewing! The cottages are situated by the riverside and offer plenty of private space. Being slightly away from the town center means less light pollution, creating ideal conditions for spotting the aurora. There’s also an seperated sauna available, but you’ll need to make a reservation at the reception. The sauna is for private use during your reserved timeslot, ensuring a relaxing experience. Paula provided us all the useful information in advance.
