breakfast was great. Dinner was slow Leaving Mongena was a headache because of the stupid levy per person, that was annoying and took so much time, should be added to account to save time, having to download app and then the payment method was problematic , my guests were not happy Also asked for a specific ranger a week before and when we got there didn't get him, was disappointing

The staff are absolutely amazing, from the welcoming staff/porters, to description, bartenders, waiters, ground staff everyone was incredible.

Phenomenal. Erin our guide was so passionate and knowledgable, the animals we saw were incredible. The lodge itself was beautiful - extremely clean and the staff couldn't have been friendlier! 10/10 would recommend in a heartbeat

Great staff and overall hospitality. The game drives were informative and memorable, and all meals were fantastic. I really appreciate the effort to preserve nature.
