The fine print
To use the property's free shuttle service to/from Rusutsu Resort, please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. The shuttle runs between 8:00-10:00, 15:00-21:30. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Guests who are paying with an American express credit card are required to provide the credit card's unique card code (CID) in the Special Request box at the time of booking.Children 6 and above will be charged an adult rate.Guests without a dinner meal plan who wish to eat dinner at the property must make a reservation at least 1 week in advance.* Dinner restaurant closed. (Thursdays, Sundays, December 30th to January 2nd)

The beds were comfy, the staff were awesome really helpful and just lovely people. Helped book us dinner and the shuttle drivers were awesome always on time to pick us up and drop us off at the snow and we’re also very friendly.

Best accomodation ever !!! The staff were so fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The trailer we stayed was unreal super clean tidy and modern. The breakfasts were superb and they did an excellent job to catering to my families dietary needs

Clydesdale is a wonderful place to stay just out of Rusutsu Resort. The staff and owners are very welcoming and provide exceptional service including breakfast, pick up and transfer to and from the ski area, to and from restaurant bookings you may enjoy if you do not choose to dine in house. The meals are western blended Japanese and table served in a lovely atmosphere of the dining room. There is a choice of drinks, including wine to have with dinner. Pre book your dining nights. Breakfast is substantial. The facilities are spotlessly clean and the environment is “chilled”, uncrowded and friendly. The bird feeder outside the dining room window adds to the serenity. Beds are good, bathrooms shared but very accessible and private. There is access to a microwave, shared fridge, boiling water, tea and coffee available.
