Excellent throughout, especially the breakfast. We were upgraded for free to a room with balcony, which was very generous.

Very good location, bus stop is right next to the property and easy to get to the funicular. Breakfast buffet was very good. The view from the breakfast room and restaurant - nice to see the not as famous side of the Matterhorn. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A simple complimentary breakfast and a quiet, clean room with a nice view of the mountains. Truly enjoyed my stay with helpful staff at the hotel and restaurant.
