Great location, friendly staff. They even set up the pool table for us to use after dinner had finished. They have a really nice buffet breakfast you can pay for.

• The view from the hostel was absolutely stunning. • I really appreciated that the bed linens were already made (not self-service), and there was shower gel provided along with a towel. • The room had a large window with a beautiful view, and the building had an elevator. The shared room itself was spacious, and included a table, chairs, and a TV — which made it feel clean, organized, and convenient. • Most of the staff were friendly, but I was especially impressed by a staff member named Lena. Despite working the night shift, she greeted me with a warm smile and provided incredibly kind and attentive service. Her thoughtful care went above and beyond — something you wouldn’t easily experience even at a 5-star hotel. She was not only kind but also very competent and cheerful. I only met her briefly, but she left such a strong impression that I felt like I wanted to see her every day.

The hotel is also a hostel, so it has laundry facilities (which, although complicated, we used). The rooms are spacious and had, in our case, a private balcony with lovely views. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the buffet. The hotel is not really walking distance to downtown, but the staff were so helpful in advising which bus to take, AND they provide a free bus pass! Taking the bus was super-easy and worked well for us.
