LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Please note that the pool is under maintenance until June 30, 2025.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Pleasant room and good facilities. Staff (particularly Mayrita) excellent. Expected aircon but not available - OK in March but would be needed in high summer. Breakfast (from 0400) and snack bar good - very good fresh fruit salad (with eggs usually offered from 0700) at breakfast, which is after departure of most early tours - mentioned to owner and he offered to arrange earlier availability. Some problems with hot water but resolved

Pool was nice, good to have a small poolside bar, room was decent, the place was quiet (but is about 10 mins walk from the main strip - very safe walk - but not close to all the goings-on)

It was a perfect place to stay , we had a lovely room, they had food you could order up until late which is perfect if you've been travelling or out for the day and did a very early breakfast. The staff were really lovely
