I love that the staff were warm and friendly. They receptionists English was good. The restaurant staff were pleasant. The room is good size with nice size beds.

For a very affordable price the breakfast was very good. The staff was in general very friendly and accommodating. The room was kept clean and fresh. In walking distance of banks, shops, restaurants, etc.

The location is very centric. Is a very good option for business and staying the night in Santo Domingo. They served superb Dominican traditional breakfast and staff was very helpful. The checkout is at 1pm which is a huge differenciator in this market. It's an excellent option!
