The Ashburton House offers fantastic bed and breakfast accommodation in a perfect location in the beautiful coastal resort of Scarborough.
Our “Boutique” seaside B&B strives to create a quirky and distinctive feel by mixing the traditional features of a seaside resort within our beautiful Victorian Guest House.
Each of our eight guest rooms are unique and have been individually styled, in recent years the whole property has undergone a full refurbishment.
All room have their own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, all equipped with large flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi & complementary tea/coffee making facilities.
We offer a generous & varied breakfast menu and the property has its own off street car-park.

This large family suite comprises two interconnecting rooms. Both rooms have a Freeview flat-screen TV & an Xbox with a choice of games, the adjoining room has a sofa & family seating area with a further single bed. The room also has a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk & chilled water. All our rooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, all have complimentary toiletries, hairdryers & fresh towels as well as mineral water and tea/coffee making facilities with a dressing table/work desk. Breakfast charge for children is just £2.50 when sharing with two adults.

Four-Poster Ground Floor Room Ensuite - enter dates to see room photos

Our luxurious Four Poster bedroom has a Queen Ann style king size four poster bed and is furnished with a Chesterfield double Sofa and LED fireplace for those cosy winter nights. The room has en-suite facilities with a walk-in shower, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer & fresh towels. All our rooms have freeview TV & free WiFi, as well as a generous & varied selection of complimentary tea & coffee making facilities with fresh milk & mineral water.

Breakfast was exquisite- best i’ve ever had on trips out, plus adorable little dishes filled with oats or yogurt and a tasty smoothie 👌 The smallest room i’ve ever stayed in but the best without a doubt - cosy, practical & comfy and the focus on every detail is admirable.🥰Easy and very friendly communication💝
