The property was clean and comfortable in a good location for what we required. The staff were kind, courteous and helpful. We had breakfast in the public house, which was a lovely little place and breakfast was yummy.

Only negative would be the paper thin walls but other than that it was great value for money. Full English breakfast was excellent.
