The customer service. There was a young(ish) guy serving on the bar in the evening of the 1st/2nd May So lovely and hospitable.

What a fantastic hotel! Absolutely loved this place. First of all the building is superb, properly grand. The rooms were excellent, and everything oozed luxurious. Parking was at the front and didn’t cost us anything. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice in a really airy restaurant area. A bit of a walk to the centre though. A taxi costs about 5eu, so not too much. A word about the staff. They could not have been more welcoming and helpful.
