Very homely accommodation and nicely decorated, great host, personal touch with freshly made bread and personal card on arrival, ample parking and loved waking up to the surrounding farm/bird sounds in the morning! And of course Baker (the cat) was a extra treat!

The atmosphere was very homely and relaxed, the space was laid out very well and flooded with natural light, the furniture and facilities were not just functional but very well thought out to address every possible need, the place was absolutely spotless, the rural setting and lovely views were great - but also very close to Sleaford for any needs you may have in a town. The owners were absolutely great, so responsive to our every need and very thoughtful. They run a sheep sanctuary (doesn't interfere with the property in any way but a lovely added bonus if you like sheep!), they are also artists and the paintings in the property add a lovely personal and local aspect. The hand written card we were left was illustrated by the owner and that was a very lovely touch, alongside home made bread and local eggs and butter! The owners didn't just cater to our aesthetic needs but one of our party had car trouble that needed sorted for a time sensitive event and they phoned around various local mechanics and it got resolved in time. We also had a poorly baby and they were very helpful in trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible from that point of view. We'd love to come back, we had such a lovely time. The property had everything you need for a comfortable trip away, the hosts were perfect and the value for money was the best I have come across on booking .com
