This villa is fantastic, we absolutely loved our stay here. If you enjoy peace and quiet, reading a book, lying in the sunshine and swimming in your own pool then this is the place for you. We had a slight issue upon arrival as the villa wasn’t cleaned ready for us. A quick call to the host and a team of 4 swiftly arrived to prepare it for us while we relaxed in the pool, so we were impressed with how quickly that was handled. We had our own car for the week so we could get out and explore nearby beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. A car here is essential. there were 5 of us and we all had plenty of space, 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can watch the sunrise over the mountains and set later in the day. The team of 4 showed up to clean several times during our stay and the pool man was there and done before we were out of bed. The village of Spartia has two mini markets with plenty of choice and one even delivers for you. It also has a fantastic restaurant.. i strongly recommend it. Very happy with our stay at villa athena. We would stay again.
