1. Location - is it about 15 minutes of walking from nearest beach (only advice is to buy shoes to sea because this beach is not clean from sea urchins). Is located in nature where u have perfect relax without traffic and you can meet various animals (for example we opened door one day and there was a turtle, amazing experience). Near be the beach you have bakery but for bigger shopping we have to take a car to supermarket. Only disadvantage of this location is that Uber and Bolt won’t come - so if you want to get somewhere further to Sukosan or to Zadar I recommend to call a local taxi. 2. Villa and pool - absolutely amazing and clean. You can tell that house is new and everything is working as it should. Pool was still cold (even the smaller part) what was a nice surprise during hot days. In villa you have two air conditioning units (one is downstairs and one is upstairs) so that is enough to keep the temperature down in entire house. What I appreciate the most was outdoor grill (ultra modern) and dishwasher with various programs working perfectly. 3. Owners - at first we were a little worried about sharing property with owners (they live in house just next to villa) but that’s changed after meeting them. Extremely friendly and understanding, easy to communicate with in person or through phone chat. We have not even noticed them, only if we needed something to help with (for example they gave us coal for the grilling) so really, you don’t have to be concerned about them being around - they will only improve your vacation 😉

The location was easy to find through Booking (as the location is quite new it is not yet on Google maps). The host, Marija, was a great help - she answered all of our questions and provided us help. The facilities are really nice and brand new - it provides everything you need for a great and comfortable stay.
