Everything, the tranquility considering it was the city centre was a major plus, very comfortable stay and the house itself was lovely

It was comfortable, clean and warm. Much bigger than we expected and the host communicated well. The location is perfect for walking into Sunderland centre for restaurants.

A fantastic property, a great home from home. Very clean, tidy, well decorated and comfortable surroundings. Parking was perfect, either at the front of the property or, with a tight squeeze in the back yard via a roller shutter.
