On Sat night there was a lot of noise from the nightclub/pubs. When I spoke to Reception and asked to be moved they were amazing and moved us (it was after midnight) The staff were exceptional

Nice large and comfortable room with a great King Bed. Location of hotel was great for Darling Harbour and the City, Generally the Hotel had a great "Feel"

The Hotel itself was absolute luxury and the staff were exceptional . I felt like royalty there The staff were so friendly and helpful and always smiling. The entire hotel was like nothing I had ever experienced before and I have travelled a lot ! The room was spacious and comfortable and the complimentary water, soft drinks and juice drinks in my fridge was unexpected
