Please note: Early check-in is not available.All bedrooms are non-smoking.Due to the age of the building the hotel has limited access for guests with limited mobility, it has a number of ground-floor bedrooms in St Leonard's & St Margaret's, and an external wheelchair lift is available for access into the castle, for the reception, library, and lounges. All castle bedrooms are accessed via stairs. Bedrooms do not have adapted bathrooms, some do have a walk-in shower. Please contact the hotel prior to your visit to ensure that we can accommodate your needs.Spa treatments must be pre-booked, as the property cannot guarantee walk-in availability. There is no pool.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Beautiful hotel in a woodland setting with lots of walkways through woods. Open grassland with wonderful views. Very tranquil. Food was delicious but more staff would have been a bonus. A long wait for our food. Although waiting staff very smiley. Not good that lots of food ordered they had run out of. Even broccoli. !!!!!!

Have stayed at Hazelwood a number of times and will continue to use it this year. Love the history, the quirkiness, the grounds and the hardworking staff.
