The whole room was very clean, everything was very comfortable. It’s very close to every main point in Tbilisi. The owner is very helpful and caring. I recommend it with my whole heart!

Marina is a really nice host and this shows in the condition of the rooms. The rooms are very comfortable and have so many extra features for a guesthouse room. This like tea, coffee, small fridge, power adaptors, toiletries etc. Clearly a lot of love and care goes in the the rooms for the guests. The building itself is also very unique and charming inside. The location is fantastic, very close to the restaurants, cafes and bars of the Old Town and even closer to Liberty Square with transport and shopping. Highly recommended.

The place is great! We thank Marina and her lovely family for their hospitality and of course for immersing us in Georgian culture, as well as the treats :) The location is very convenient - in the historical center of Tbilisi. Quiet beautiful place with lots of plants. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The room also has everything you need for accommodation, including a toilet with shower. A large number of windows in the room, lots of light. Near the room there is a comfortable area with a table, where you can also iron or dry things. Marina was very helpful with washing clothes. The kitties and dogs in the guesthouse are very cute and add a lot of positivity to the vacation. Living in Marina's guesthouse, you understand what real home comfort is. We will definitely come back if we have time to book days :) --- Aleksandr and Darina ❤️❤️❤️
