The owner handed us a bottle of wine, big homemade chocolate cake and a lot of fruits to start our day! Apart from that the place had everything you can imagine to be needed - games, spices, oil, a lot of cutlery to cook whatever you want, great induction stove and a fireplace with wood. The views are astonishing, and you have wild strawberries growing in a forest in backyard. I can't imagine that this trip would be better.

We were received by the owners. A a very nice couple that explained all the things we could use and do around the house. They got us a delicious welcome chocolate cake! The house is different. A real treasure inserted in a huge natural rock in the nature. There were lots of seating spaces around the property in the nature and some with outside fireplaces. Was a very pleasent stay!

Amazing location, very quiet, stunning views and gardens. The house and bedrooms were very comfortable, very clean, beautiful bed linen and soft fresh towels. Views from the gardens are stunning , lots of sitting areas around property, lovely sunsets with glass of wine and cake that waited for us on arrival. Our 10 years old daughter loved the gardens and the house. It is a hidden gem.

Amazing house, probably the best stone house I've ever seen, when people go to Gerês this should be the standard. Perfect in everything and even to the host hospitality.
