This is such a great place to stay with young children. Good sized, impeccably clean rooms with a separate toilet and shower room. The breakfast is amazing and was a highlight for the kids. There is a Lawsons attached to the hotel and a laundry. The bus to Disney was so convenient. The location is a little further out but we loved it being so close to the bay, there is a lovely park across the road to explore.

The room was comfortable size, I liked the bath and the toilet were separated. Free self drinks were good. Convenience store was also convenient.

Large sized room (standard twin) equipped with microwave. Having laundry facilities on 1st floor and a 24 hour Lawson were very convenient. Frequent shuttle buses to Disney Parks. Reception also prepared a very handy sheet with info on local buses to Shin-urayasu Station. Housekeeping provided fresh towels every morning as requested. Extremely good value for money.
