Dislike: mattresses were really uncomfortable, O would have preferred futon-like beds Like: the washing machine and drier was very helpful, specially for a large family spending some days in Tokyo

A huge space for a family of 5 - we could have easily fit more people in the accomodation. It was a quick walk to the train station, a grocery store and 7-Eleven. The owners were easily contactable and responded quickly at all times.
