Close proximity to higashi-shinjuku station Surrounded by many convenience stores within a 5 minute walk Shinjuku area is a 10 min walk, Golden Gai and Shin-Okubo and Shinjuku station are all within walking distance. Self check-in kiosk, washing and drying machines, 2 vending machines and drinking station available

Didn't have breakfast, i met my friend for breakfast in a different place.. Just a place to sleep as we had to leave our other hotel

The location was great, the train stop is within walking distance and is connected well to all the main stations within Tokyo. Room amenities, size, cleanliness, and staff service exceeded expectations given that the price is very reasonable for a budget hotel. Livmax group of hotels surprised me for what was offered. As a solo traveller, the room was good enough for me.
