The trains are not as loud as what some reviews lead you to believe. I used the earplugs provided just in case and slept like a baby. The other two I was traveling with didn’t use earplugs and none of us got woken up by the trains. Check in was easy but time consuming as you have to enter personal and passport details for all guests.
