Communication was easy with very friendly and helpful owners. Room was clean and comfortable. It was refreshed each day and parking on site was a bonus. It was only a short 10 minute walk into Totnes.

Such a wonderful stay, first contact was a call from the owners to see if I was safe as I hadn't checked in at the time I said I would. So nice that they took the time to see if I was ok. Check in was great, all useful info given and the room was clean and warm. Bed was comfy and it was cleaned/replenished everyday. I stayed for three nights for work and it was a nice place to come back to, a good nights sleep each night. The food... breakfast was absolutely stunning, hot, well presented and decent, quality ingredients. I genuinely thought the owner used to be a chef the food was that good. A warm homely feel as well so I didn't feel the need to get fully dressed in the morning and could come to breakfast in my PJ bottoms/TShirt and eat in comfort. I am back in Devon soon for work and fingers crossed they'll have availability so I can stay there again. Absolutely fab!!
