It truly was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, Jacqueline, the manager, stood out with her exceptional hospitality. She was super nice, genuinely caring, and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. She even managed to book us tables at some of the most popular restaurants in the area, places that normally require booking days in advance. On top of that, she shared plenty of local tips and recommendations to explore the area. The hotel offers thoughtful touches like free coffee and tea replenished daily in the room, and even lets you choose your preferred scents and soaps for your stay—which was such a personalized and unique feature. Even though we had a no-view room, it was still cozy, clean, and very comfortable. You can also get a parking spot if you book it in advance. And use the other sister hotel’s facility.

The location is hands down in one of the most stunning places we have ever stayed. The beach is right on your doorstep and it’s white sand and turquoise water - so picturesque and stunning! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel so at home. The food was also a standout - we were blown away by everything we ate and we made use of the margarita happy hour (1pm-4pm) everyday - they tasted amazing. Sunrise is just outside your room and is gorgeous. It’s also located in the national park making it super convenient to get to the Mayan ruins.

I had an absolutely perfect experience at Mezzanine: from its location right on a white sand beach, to the gorgeous room, a beautiful open air restaurant that serves tasty Thai and Mexican dishes to amazing staff. It’s an ideal place for a brief and luxurious getaway. Special shoutout to all the staff members from Orquidia and Jacqueline at the front desk to everyone at the restaurant, who made my stay pleasant.

The location is amazing, the master suite looks over the beautiful beach and the restaurant serves tasty meals. The staff is friendly and helpful.
