It is a secluded location with beautiful surroundings, great for hiking and enjoying the nature, also close to a world famous train line. The house was well equipped and super clean, we had a comfortable stay.

It is fantastic place with great atmosphere. It is provided with style and good food. We would like to come back some day. It is very koselig, as Norwegians say.

Amazing nature around, train access and possibility to travel to Myrdal. The route to the train station is indeed could be hard, more like a climb. The rooms and facilities are very basic, but that is ok if you plan to spend time outdoors, sauna is a big benefit! Note that in off season it might be tricky to go back down from the place, because weather could change fast and snow could start surprisingly. Overall super place and also the Aurora lights are visible!
