Very welcoming reception by Eva, very clean and light apartment, only a couple of steps to the lively Patacona beach in a better residential area north of trendy El Baranyal neighbourhood It is around 6km away from Valencia's old town. For this you need to use the frequent public transport or use bicycles. Private parking is a big plus. The apartment was already quite warm with only cool April weather outside. I hope the airco can keep up in the hot summer months.

The property was right on the beach, location was excellent. The host was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was lovely and clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Location was perfect, just one step from the beach. Wonderful beach area. We had everything we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Easy to access downtown via busses 6-15 min walk. Literally we missed nothing. Would love to come back again at this location and book same facility. Thanks also for the great hospitality of our host.
