The room was grander than expected. I loved the charm of the room and the entire hotel itself. Such a great place to stay. The staff was so helpful and kind, including the cleaning staff.

Prepared.to other over priced Vancouver hotels it was good value. That said adequate facilities in a large room. Easy walk to main attractions eg Gastown and harbourside. Far enough away from Hastings not to feel too vulnerable! Ideal location for simple stop over for cruise terminal.
